Mold Inspection

A mold inspection is a non invasive, visual examination of the accessible areas of the property, designed to identify areas of concern within specific systems or components defined by the IAC2 Standards of Practice. A minimum of 3 air samples will be taken, 2 exterior control samples, and 1 interior. If any visible mold is found during the inspection, then additional samples will be taken. You will receive the report as soon as the results are back from the lab, typically a few days after the inspection. The report will include a recommended course of action, and full lab report on the latest software available in the industry. 

 

Insurance Inspection

has your insurance requested information about your house that you do not know, or they requested invoices for upgrades that you do not have. Then a insurance inspections is what you need. This inspections covers the 4 main parts of the home the insurance companies want more information about, the roof, HVAC (heating and air conditioning), electrical, and plumbing. I will provide the necessary report that is easy to share with the insurance companies. I always recommend to act early as some companies take extra time to review and renew policies.
